Machine Description
Released in 1934, American Beauty is a pre-flipper pin game made by Daval Manufacturing of Chicago. Players launched balls onto a fixed playfield of pins and scoring holes, closer in style to bagatelle than later pinball. Its simple design reflects the coin-operated games of the 1930s, produced before flippers transformed pinball into a skill-based game.
