Themed around bowling, 300 is a four-player electro-mechanical pinball machine produced by Gottlieb in 1975. Its playfield features spinners, drop targets, and rollovers that echo the scoring of a bowling game. To complete the connection, bonus is represented with backglass animation featuring caitlin balls that roll down and are visible in a clear portion. Popular in arcades and bowling alleys, it shows how pinball manufacturers connected game themes to familiar pastimes. Designed by Ed Krynski with artwork by Gordon Morison.
